We are now ready to fill our newly mulched space in front of the church with beautiful native plants as part of our CLEAR project initiatives . On Saturday May 9th, Journeywork will be bringing over 400 plugs (small plants) to be planted there, and we need YOUR help! All ages are welcome, and we encourage kids to participate! We will plan to work from 3-6 pm. We may order pizza afterward for anyone who wants it. We hope to see you there!

The mitten tree is set up in the Narthex and ready to be decorated with donated gloves, mittens, scarves, and hats each Sunday! Food donations for the Upper Darby food cupboard will be collected each week as well.
Most wanted items: spaghetti sauce, peanut butter, jelly, cereals, baked beans, canned chili, canned beef stew. Cash also helps the food cupboard provide what they need the most!

Wow, we did a great job decorating the church for the advent season during last week’s “greening”! Everyone worked hard decking the halls with boughs of holly, then we all enjoyed some delicious homemade soups and bread. And to top it off, Pastor Andrew, Sheila, and Holton led us in a few rounds of beautiful Christmas carols. Make sure you stop by and celebrate the season with us!
