50 FOR $5K...PLEASE PRAYERFULLY CONSIDER BEING 1 OF 50 (now 56)!! THIS IS BECOMING AN URGENT NEED.

This week, they went 3 days without food because we couldn't send the money until today. To date, we have spent $2360 of unfunded expenses (June-August), which is being "borrowed" from other ministry funds that need to be replaced. With that and the rest of the year, our actual goal is $5600 now. If we can't begin to raise significant funds this month, we may have to end support. That would mean he would not have the nutritional and other support he needs, including transportation to the hospital for doctor and therapy appointments. We are just being honest about the situation we are facing. We got into this because we wanted to help this 2 year old with Cerebreal Palsy have the best shot at life and fulfilling God's purpose for him. We don't want to end the support, but we need a team effort.

The benchmark is $100 from 50 people (now 56), but that is just a suggestion. ANY amount smaller or greater is appreciated.

"Medical Mercies" is a wonderful ministry that assists individuals in Haiti who have urgent medical needs but lack the financial means to get it. Consistent with our motto to "Mobilize Missions Thru Relationships", we help those we have a connection with. So we know who has the need and can ensure they get funds directly. We are also able to follow-up with them to get updates on their recovery.

To date, we have helped a woman get emergency surgery, a young girl receive eye surgery to relive excruciating pain and restore her vision, a young man also to get urgent hernia surgery, and others to get tested or assist with medications. Our biggest effort is supporting "Baby I" who suffers from Cerebral Palsy and seizures. Because of generous donors we are supporting his health and nutrition needs while he receives free medical care and therapy.

WE NEED more generous donors to join the "Medical Mercies Team."

Right now, we are hosting the 50 for $5K. This will provide funds thru the end of the year. We are asking 50 people to give $100 each. But honestly, any amount is welcomed. The Lord will bless and multiply it all!
