Dear Parishioners,

It is with great sadness to share the passing of our beloved member
Kardeilya Farhad. Our deepest sympathies go out to Albert, her children, grandchildren and family.
Her Funeral Services will be held this Friday, August 14th at St. Thomas Church. The Visitation Hour will begin at 10:00 am with the Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 am. The Burial Service will follow Mass at the St. Thomas Assyrian Cemetery on Barbour Road in New Britain.

We’re excited for the Youth Summer Picnic happening tomorrow, Sunday, August 2nd, at A.W. Stanley Park in New Britain, CT!

Please see the details below:

Park Details�
Picnic tables will be available, but feel free to bring camp chairs if you prefer seating with a back.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Soft alcohol is permitted.�
We’ll have ping pong, soccer, volleyball, and footballs; feel free to bring any additional games or activities.
There will be music, dancing, and a raffle!
Food & Donation
Entrance donations are welcome and appreciated.�
$10 donation for a food meal (includes a sandwich, chips, and soda).�
$2 donation for canned soda.
Directions & Parking�
Our picnic area is located directly next to the parking lot.�
Please enter through the main entrance of the park on Alexander Road; then, on the left, there is parking directly next to our picnic site. Follow the map below for parking.
