Prayer does not only change situations; prayer changes us. 🙏🏽💙

The more we pray, the more God transforms our hearts, renews our minds, strengthens our faith, and aligns us with His will. Sometimes the greatest miracle happening in the place of prayer is the person we are becoming.

I will keep praying. I will keep trusting. I will keep growing. I am a praying woman! 🙏🏽✨

Thank Him for All He Has Done
Focus: Live in gratitude, even before the breakthrough
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (ESV)

Too often, we’re so focused on the next blessing that we forget the now one. Gratitude shifts your perspective. It helps you see what God has already done, even when you’re still waiting for the next miracle.

That job you complain about? You once prayed for provision.

That house full of noisy kids? You once begged God for a family.

That season of stretching? Might be the exact answer to your prayer for growth.

Gratitude doesn’t ignore reality—it sees with spiritual eyes. When you thank God in advance, you declare, “I trust Your timing. I trust Your heart.”

Practical Application:

Start a 5-day gratitude practice:

Every morning and evening, write down 3 things you’re grateful for. Ask the Holy Spirit: “Open my eyes to see what You’re doing.”

Gratitude guards your heart and mind. It invites peace into your soul. And it silences the lies that say God isn’t moving—because HE IS. Always.

🔥 21 DAYS OF FASTING & PRAYER 🔥

God does not call us without first preparing us. From September 1–21, 2026, join us as we intentionally seek His presence under the theme:

“LORD, PREPARE ME FOR YOUR ASSIGNMENT.”

We will gather for one hour of prayer daily on the Fellowship WhatsApp platform. This is a season of consecration, spiritual renewal, divine direction and preparation for God’s purpose.

“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” — Jeremiah 29:13

Come with an open heart and great expectation. As we seek God wholeheartedly, may He purify us, strengthen us and equip us for every assignment He has placed upon our lives.

Host: Pastor Lovely Dara A. Ogua

God Is Not Afraid of Ruin

We often assume that our broken pieces make us unapproachable, that we must first clean ourselves up before drawing near to God. But Scripture tells a different story. God does not recoil from our wounds. He does not minimize our pain or ask us to hide what hurts before coming close. Instead, He draws nearer.

Like a parent pulling a wounded child close, God binds us up rather than pushing us away. He is not distant from suffering; He is present within it. Psalm 34:18 reminds us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted. Not tolerant. Near.

Often, it is not God who keeps wounds open; it is us. We revisit old failures, replay painful moments, and punish ourselves for what the cross has already carried. We rehearse mistakes long after forgiveness has been spoken. But God does not rehearse your past. Love keeps no record of wrongs (1 Corinthians 13:5), and God is love.

When God brings light to our wounds, it is not to expose us but to restore us. His light is an expression of His love. He reveals what hurts because He intends to heal it.

The cross itself is the clearest proof of this. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). God did not wait for us to be whole before offering Himself. Healing flows not from our effort, but from His finished work.

If you feel hesitant to bring your broken places to God today, know this: He is not harsh with you. He is compassionate. He is “the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3), and He is fully able to make all things new.

Your scars do not disqualify you from His presence. They are often the very places where His nearness becomes most evident.

Reflection Questions:

What part of me feels too broken to bring to God?
What would it look like to see this brokenness through God’s eyes?
Prayer:

Father, I bring You the places I’ve hidden and the wounds I fear to show. Meet me there. Remind me of Your nearness and Your love. Heal what hurts and make me new. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

God’s love for you isn’t based on your performance. He didn’t wait for you to clean up your life before choosing to love you. He loved you while you were still broken. That's the kind of love that changes everything. When you truly grasp this, you stop striving and start resting in who He says you are.

Dear Father, fill me with Your Spirit in all of my conversations today. I understand that my words are influential and can have the power to make people feel great about who they are or inadequate compared to others. My words are the building block of my life and can affect those around me. Father, allow me to speak carefully and mindfully so that I can be a reflection of You through my words. Allow me to talk to others so that I can bring them comfort, peace, strength, and joy. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

I lift up every member of God’s Praying Women Fellowship Worldwide before Your throne of grace. Thank You for choosing them, loving them, and calling them according to Your purpose.

Lord, I pray that You surround each one with Your divine presence throughout this week. Let Your favor go before them and open doors that no one can shut. Make every crooked path straight, and let every obstacle become an opportunity for Your glory to be revealed. In Jesus’s name. Amen
