If I’m still in control, still calling the shots, still living how I want… then let’s be real—He’s not Lord.

And there’s only room for one.

Dying to self isn’t poetic… it’s painful.
It’s saying no to what feels right so you can say yes to what is right.
It’s laying down your will, your pride, your plans—and trusting His way is better.

Because real life doesn’t start until self dies.
