Pumpkin-Palooza 10 was a smashing success! 🎃🍂🧡

Festive snacks, fun games, hayrides and, of course, plenty of pumpkins smashed during the Big Double Drop, made last Friday night the perfect fall evening for our KidMin families!

A huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers who served food, ran games, and helped make the night so special.

We loved getting the chance to worship Jesus together once again, dedicate 14 children and their parents to the Lord, and hear from our Foster & Adoption Ministry during our services. So much to celebrate this week at NMC!

Lessons from Mary’s Living Room / October 25, 2026 / Acts 12:12 /
The first followers of Jesus were not unlike you and me. Like them, we have a place, we're surrounded by people, and we also have problems. As we look into the living room of a woman named Mary, we can learn lessons about trusting Jesus in the everyday aspects of our lives—both big and small. What's the reputation of her home? And how will our own homes be known?

Jesus’ compassionate words to Martha in Luke 10 are still true for us today. Have you chosen the better way of life with Jesus? Serving Him is about more than what we do; it’s just as much about HOW and WHY we do it.

Jesus invites each of us to sit at His feet, listen to His words, and allow His love to motivate our service.

KidMin is a safe, caring place for your kids to experience the love of Jesus and learn about His Word! We’re so thankful for the incredible KidMin volunteers and staff who show up each week to point our kids to Jesus at every age.

The Better Way October / 18, 2026 / Luke 10:38-42 /
In the story of Mary and Martha, we discover that serving Jesus is about more than what we do; it’s just as much about how we do it. While Martha was busy serving, Mary chose to sit at the feet of Jesus and listen to His words. Let’s examine our own hearts, consider what truly motivates our service, and ask whether the means by which we pursue God’s vision align with His heart. Because ultimately, the better way begins not with doing more for Jesus, but with being with Him.
