Today we pause to honor those who gave everything in service. Their sacrifice is the ultimate example of a call lived out with total devotion. It is a day for deep gratitude and reflection on the weight of leadership.

But it also makes us think: Does answering your own call to ministry have to involve sacrificing your financial health or your personal well-being? We do not think so. At ELGS, we are all about "The Sustainable Call."

We have ditched the "assembly line" education model for an educational path that focuses on contextual discipleship and integrated outcomes.
