Friends, every once in a while the Lord gives us a little foretaste of glory divine—an evening when the noise of the world fades, good music and good food fill the air, and God’s people laugh together like one big family around the table.

That’s what we’re praying for this Sunday at Enterprise Baptist Church.

We’re dusting off the old songs and rolling out the welcome mat for our Old Fashioned Festival:

This Sunday • 4:00–7:00 p.m.
Enterprise Baptist Church Grounds

Picture it:

Hot dogs sizzling, chili steaming, ice cream piled high, hot cocoa warming your hands—and plenty more where that came from.

Gospel music and Christmas carol singing, like the old camp meeting days.

Children running and playing, while mamas, daddies, and grandparents sit, visit, and remember what it feels like to slow down.

Around here, you’re not a “visitor.” You’re kin. You may have been away a little while, but we’ve got a place waiting for you—like a chair saved on the front porch just for when you come home.

When the sun goes down Sunday and the memories are being made, you’ll either be in them… or wishing you were.

So come on, friend. Come hungry, come weary, come curious—but don’t stay away. As the old preachers used to say, “Whosoever will may come.”

Blessings & Love,
Dr. RB Sheppard

🌟 This Sunday, something rare is happening…
You know that warm, golden-hour feeling when the whole world slows down, laughter fills the air, and the smell of homemade food wraps around you like a hug from your favorite childhood memory?
That’s exactly what’s waiting for you at Enterprise Baptist Church’s Old Fashioned Festival – this Sunday only, 4pm–7pm.
🍁 Hit dogs, chili, ice cream, hot coco, and more… all the tastes you’ve been secretly craving.
🎶 Live gospel & bluegrass floating through the air while kids chase joy and grown-ups forget they’re grown.
🤝 A table already saved with your name on it – because around here, you’re not a visitor… you’re family we just haven’t seen in a while.
One evening. One chance this year.
When Sunday night comes and your friends are posting the pictures, you’re either in them… or you’re wishing you were. I hope to see you there.

Blessings and Love,
Dr. RB Sheppard
