New Life Prayer Shawl Ministry Group of ladies who produce Prayer Shawls & Lap Robes to be distributed locally New Life!

Shawl Ministry was founded in November 2011 with 4 church ladies and has since expanded to over 20 talented needle workers. We are dedicated to the making, and the giving, of beautiful Prayer Shawls, Lap Robes, Baby Blanket Sets and Chemo Caps. We package and distribute to local Hospices, Nursing Care Centers, Cancer Treatment Centers, Maternity Wards, Veteran Groups and many individuals in need o

f the comfort, warmth, compassion and love these items provide. The wearing of a Prayer Shawl signifies being "wrapped in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ" Come join us every Tuesday morning from 9am to 11am at the church fellowship hall located at 3820 Holmestown Rd in Myrtle Beach. All are welcome, we supply needles and crochet hooks, you supply the "hands" to make a masterpiece.
