And how do you think we get 3,500 solos to the microphone each summer?? Enter our HEAD COUNSELORS ➡️

Our senior staff welcomes 16 head counselors each summer to come alongside our campers. A good head counselor is encouraging, aware, and unifying to the rest of the team! Head counselors specialize in vocal instruction and make sure EACH solo sounds amazing on show day! They are trained to find where each child’s own voice will shine brightest. ☀️

Ever wonder how we pull off 22 shows a summer?? Our senior staff!!!

Each summer, our staff welcomes 16 new instructors to teach and encourage our incredible campers! A good instructor has strong leadership skills, loves teaching choreography and makes everything FUN! Basically the cool older sibling you always wanted! 🤩 We are SO grateful for the energy and passion they pour into every show. ❤️✨
