Good morning friends!! It is a beautiful fall day in Rockcastle. Join me today as we pray for those that are homeless in our community. Unfortunately, our small community does not have enough housing to accommodate our needs. The temperatures outside are dropping and winter is soon approaching. We need to pray that God will provide the needs of ALL!

Happy Sunday!! There is one question that we should ask ourselves each day. What can I do to Glorify God and to help build His kingdom? Do you ask yourself that very question? We should be. Good morning friends! It is going to be a beautiful day in Rockcastle. In this life we face so many hardships and obstacles. It is easy to live each day just going through the emotions of survival. I ask you though, 'Is that really living?'. Despite our problems, as Christians, we should always choose joy! God gave the Israelites a choice. He had Moses to say to them, "I have given you the choice between life and death......Oh, that you choose life" (Deut. 30:19). Today my friends, choose to live, choose joy. Our joy comes from truly believing, and believing is living!!! Join me today as we pray for each other. Pray we allow our joy to radiate throughout our community. Pray that those around us will find joy. Not happiness, because that is dependent on our circumstances, but TRUE JOY! GOD BLESS!

I haven't posted lately. To be honest I have been discouraged. But, isn't that what the enemy wants us to be? Discouraged and defeated! I am not defeated! I am a Child of God! I am victorious. I believe in the power of prayer and I believe that God wants us to unite in praying for our community. Join me tonight and pray for the person that you overlooked. Pray for the person that you wanted to help but you were scared. Pray for the one that is too prideful to ask for help. Pray for your neighbor. We are blessed to have our close knit community. It is not over........God is not done with us yet! We must continue the race we are running. Life gets hard. We have hardships and trials that have a tendency to take us on a detour. A preacher once said to me, " the longer the detour, the better the destination.". Join me today as we pray for all those detours that we are all on. May they all lead to Jesus. Lift up in prayer all those suffering with drug addiction that are in our community. Pray that we show grace and love. God bless.

Do you speak with sincerity? Are you being real or is it a show because you think you have to? Only you can answer that. Kindness and love can not be truly effective until sincerity of the heart walks with it. God sees beyond our actions and looks directly into our heart. He searches for our sincerity. Today join me as we pray for the orphans, the widows, the homeless, the addicts, the sick. We pray because we are compassionate and we love. Do it with sincerity. God bless!

Hello Rockcastle! I've missed posting for a few days but I hope that each of us have remembered to pray for each other. We should pray without ceasing. We should pray with the Authority of Jesus.
