Found - 2 new cousins. On the left: Robin Frances Grantham, on the right: Fern Grantham. Daughters of Jasper Edward "Jack" Grantham and his second wife, Florence Harrington. Jack was the eldest son of Ray Grantham and Saleta Frances Edwards. We recently met in Pensacola, FL. Robin and Fern live there and are taking care of their mom. Barbara and I recently bought a condo in Pensacola and by chance, found Robin and Fern. Really, I should say, Robin found me by chance and through continued communication, we discovered that we were related. What a small world!!!!!!!!!

***40th Reunion***

Dear Edwards Family:

As noted above, I have called this our 40th reunion. I based this information on the fact that I have an old letter indicating that the first reunion was held September 15, 1974 at the Community House in Magee, Mississippi. I will bring it to the reunion this year for all to inspect.

If you know of family members that have attended in the past, please try to encourage them to make this reunion an annual event. Once again, we will have a covered dish at the Family Life Center at Poplar Springs Baptist Church, Mendenhall, MS. For those using GPS, coordinates are N 31.98076 W 89.84390 (31* 58’ 52” N and 89* 50’ 37” W). In past reunions, families have started arriving as early as 10:00 am for fellowship prior to the noon meal (11:30 am this year due to a wedding scheduled at the church).

You are encouraged to bring your camera and take pictures. Also, if you have old photographs of past reunions that you would like to donate, I am constructing an album for past reunions. I already have some but they are very limited. I lost most of my old photos in the Pearl River Flood of 1979.
