When the spine is compressed, it causes the vertebrae to hit or squeeze the inter-vertebral discs, which can radiate pain through the limbs or cause herniations. While aerial yoga is no substitute for medical treatment, its a fantastic alternative holistic route that can help relieve pain and pressure in the spine associated with these conditions. Look at it like this, another tool in your toolbox. You know what they say, a healthy spine is a happy spine.
