It’s more than fish fries!

Tonight, following Mass at St. Patrick’s, we held another Exemplification Ceremony and were proud to welcome Isaac and Kellen into the Montrose-Humboldt Knights of Columbus.

We’re excited to have them join us as we continue to live out the principles of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity through service to our Church, our families, and our community.

The Knights of Columbus is about faith, fellowship, family, and serving others—and yes… we happen to make a pretty good fish fry, too!

This morning, the Montrose-Humboldt Knights of Columbus Council was honored to welcome eight new Brother Knights into our council!

Please join us in welcoming Nick, John, Dave, Zach, Luke, Elliott, Caleb, and Ty. We are excited to have each of you as part of our council and look forward to serving our parishes and communities together.

One of the best parts of today's Exemplification Ceremony was that it welcomed families to witness this special occasion. Sharing the ceremony with spouses, children, and loved ones highlights that the Knights of Columbus is more than an organization—it's a brotherhood built on faith, family, and service.

The ceremony also gives all of us, new and longtime members alike, the opportunity to reflect on the core principles of the Knights of Columbus:

Charity – putting our faith into action by serving those in need.
Unity – accomplishing more together than we ever could alone.
Fraternity – supporting one another as brothers through life's joys and challenges.

Congratulations and welcome to our newest Brother Knights! May God bless each of you as we continue to serve our Church, our families, and our community together.

Montrose - Humboldt KCs are holding an Exemplification Ceremony to bring new members into our Council. The event will take place Sunday, August 2nd at St. Ann’s Hall in Humboldt following the 8:30 Mass @10:00. If you have questions or are interested in joining the Knights, please contact Tom T. or Grand Knight Bill G. Men who are 18 years or older, in good standing with the Church and practicing their Catholic faith are eligible to join. Family members of candidates and interested parishioners are invited and encouraged to attend.
