We think we see what’s real, but too often we’re confused. Even our keenest insight is riddled with misperceptions. Even our clearest vision is still cloudy, imperfect, and often ruinous. That’s why we need God’s wisdom. We need Him to illuminate the truth and guide us into what’s real. We need Him to lead us out of our deadly confusion and into wholeness and life.

Whatever we face, including spiritual battles and life’s hard challenges, God will sustain us in His love and will one day mercifully reward us with the beauty of His joy.

It’s . What we may hear, we may know, or we maybe hearing this for the first time. Either way let’s take it in and share the awesome video from the Bible Project with others so we can spread those seeds. This week we will be looking at the book of Luke, chapters 10-24. Luke documents how Jesus expands God’s Kingdom and covenant by creating a new Israel that includes the poor and outcasts. Throughout the book, we see that Jesus is indeed the messianic King, but he will reign over Israel by suffering. His actions usher in an upside-down Kingdom marked by self-giving love.
