We were blessed to have USA students from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Student Center volunteer to work in the Catholic Cemetery of Mobile last weekend. They did a great job! We appreciate all the hard work!

Archbishop Mark S. Rivituso celebrated Mass on Saturday morning at the Catholic Cemetery of Mobile to commemorate All Souls Day.

All Soul's Day Mass will be at Catholic Cemetery on Saturday, November 1st.

Although All Souls’ Day is officially observed on Nov. 2, the Mass will be celebrated a day earlier since Nov. 2 falls on a Sunday this year. Additionally, All Saints’ Day on Nov. 1 is not a Holy Day of Obligation because it falls on a Saturday.

Catholic Cemetery of Mobile is located at 1700 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. Mass will take place behind the mausoleum. In the event of inclement weather, the liturgy will be celebrated inside the mausoleum chapel. All are invited to attend!

We thought you might enjoy seeing that Spring has arrived in Section 6 of the Catholic Cemetery. The tree is called a Snowball tree, and it is the only one I have found in the cemetery thus far.
