A Prayer for Mother’s Day:

Loving God, as a mother gives life and nourishment to her children, so you give life and care for your Church.

Bless our mothers, as we celebrate the day in their honor.

May the example of Mary, mother of Jesus, inspire them to live their vocation as Christian mothers and to call their children to faith. Let their example of faith and love shine forth: guide and protect them in challenging times and may they celebrate well in times of joy.

Grant that we, their sons and daughters, may honor and appreciate them with a spirit of profound respect all of their days.

Grant this through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

We are saddened to share the passing of Kendall Jamaal Heard, who died at the age of 37 on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Kendall was raised at All Saints with his brother Keenan and is the son of longtime parishioner, Paula Hegwood.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Friday, May 8, 2026
All Saints Catholic Church
Visitation at 10:00 a.m.
Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Please keep Kendall and his loved ones lifted up in prayer during this difficult time.
