Sometimes life can make us wonder if God even sees what we’re carrying.

Psalm 8 reminds us that the Creator of the universe has not forgotten you for a single moment.

He sees you, knows you, and cares deeply about your life.

If you’ve been struggling to believe that lately, spend time with God in prayer today—and share this with someone who needs that reminder.

Earthquakes. Crumbling mountains. Armies at the gate.

And right in the middle of it all? A river. A stream of life. A God who doesn't move.

Psalm 46 is a psalm scholars believe Israel recited after victories in battle—and it opens with the world in total chaos. But Discipleship Pastor Jacob Michalski points us to the heart of it: the still center in the storm. A refuge. A sanctuary. A God who is present and unshaken no matter what surrounds us.

"There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved." —Psalm 46:4–5

Picture a place where you feel completely at peace. Now let God be that for you—in the middle of whatever chaos this week holds.

Keep reading, Epikos. 🙏

A quarter of the way through. Still here. Still reading. 💪

Psalm 42 hits different when you know the backstory—the Sons of Korah are descendants of a man who led a rebellion against Moses. And yet God redeemed that lineage into something beautiful.

Wherever you are this week—on pace, a little behind, or just hopping back in—this psalm is a reminder that God longs to be with you.

"By day the LORD commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me." —Psalm 42:8

Some prayers sound more like sighs than certainty.

Psalm 38 reminds us that God is not afraid of our honesty—our weariness, grief, guilt, pain, or longing. Even in anguish, David keeps turning toward God.

If this week feels heavy, you do not have to carry it alone.

Pause here for a moment.
Breathe deeply.
Let these words remind you that God meets us honestly and tenderly in every season.

Save this for later or share it with someone who may need a quiet reminder that God is near.

The way God has forgiven, restored, and carried you can become an invitation for someone else to return to Him.

People are often drawn to God when they see His grace at work in someone’s real life.

Ask God how He wants to use your story this week—and send this to someone who’s encouraged your faith.

Over a month in and still going strong, Epikos! 🙌

We're in Psalm 33 this week — and what a psalm to land on. A reminder that the counsel of the Lord stands forever, that His steadfast love fills the earth, and that our hope is never misplaced.

Whether you're right on pace, a little ahead, or just hopping back in — keep going. These 150 days will fly by, and every psalm is giving us language to talk to God in any emotion, any circumstance.

"Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield." — Psalm 33:20

Let's persevere together. 📖

God’s Word gives language to people who feel exhausted by the cycle of wanting to change but feeling stuck.
The Psalmist simply cries out, “Give me life.”
Because the life God offers is deeper, fuller, and more real than anything we can create on our own.
If that resonates with you, spend time in prayer today—and share this post with a friend who may need it too.

Some love is too big for words — but let's try anyway. 💛

Share this with your mom or mother figure and tell her:
💬 "I love _____ about you."
💬 "I'm so thankful for _____ ."

She needs to hear it today. Go. 👇🤍

Throughout his life, David found himself surrounded by many troubles. We don't find ourselves surrounded by enemies or armies like David often was, but we do find ourselves surrounded by our own struggles and trials, where we might be overwhelmed. David describes the Lord as his light and salvation, and says, "Of whom shall I be afraid? Whom shall I fear?" In the midst of all that he goes through, David doesn't ask the Lord to make his problems go away; he asks that he might be in the presence of God.

How can you seek the presence of God today?

We spend so much time asking God for a roadmap to the future, while He keeps calling us to faithfulness today.

Maybe the goal isn’t finding the perfect path, but learning to walk closely with Him one step at a time.

Who is God calling you to love well today? Chances are, they're closer than you think.

Psalm 119 paints a picture of obedience that looks different than obligation.
The Psalmist says, “I will run in the way of your commandments.”
Like a child sprinting toward a playground, there’s joy, excitement, and eagerness in following God’s way.
Spend time with God today asking Him to renew your excitement for His presence—and share this with someone who needs that reminder.
