At the recent NY All Tribes, tribeswomen stood at the bottom of a wall, grabbed hold of a rope, and climbed toward something they couldn’t yet see. They didn’t know what was waiting on the other side, but they climbed anyway.

That’s unwavering faith.

So often, life feels like that wall. We take on obstacles where we can’t see what’s ahead. But, just like these tribeswomen kept climbing, we keep moving forward. We trust that God already sees what we cannot, and that He will get us through the storms.

Just like God promised in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future,” He will also provide the same opportunity for you.

This month, challenge yourself and your tribe to do more than memorize Jeremiah 29:11. Live it out by recognizing that God’s plans are far greater than any obstacles in front of you.

🔥Spark Alert! 🔥

PU_RE Tribe dedicated their time to serving at The Journey Home in Mineral, Virginia, a Christ-centered transitional housing ministry that supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness due to crisis situations. Through Biblical discipleship, guidance, and practical support, The Journey Home helps residents rebuild their lives and find hope as they work toward independence.

Residents can stay at The Journey Home for up to 18 months while receiving spiritual, vocational, financial, and life skills education. The ministry also offers a Next Step Program that assists families in transitioning into permanent, independent living.

PU_RE Tribe members began the day cleaning windows and bathrooms at The Journey Home before moving to the Next Step Home, which had recently been vacated and was preparing to welcome a new family that same week. Together, they cleaned bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, ceiling fans, and every space possible to make the home shine for the mother and her children.

As they finished, they had the opportunity to meet the mother and children who would soon move into the home. Their excitement and joy were evident, and the director expressed deep gratitude, calling their service a true blessing and sharing how much their efforts helped the ministry.

Way to go, PU_RE Tribe, for answering the call and showing God’s love in your community through serving others.

Women’s Alliance is expanding to even more locations across the nation. The sparks are igniting!

“36 ladies showed up and stepped out of their comfort zones for an amazing tribe launch. We gave the first two Call signs on launch night. The workout was tough and the devo was raw and real. This is the first Women’s Alliance tribe in southside Virginia, and we can’t wait to see how God works in this area!” ~Crossfire

“For months, I witnessed two of our Tribeswomen, both Patched Ambassadors, grapple with themselves on launching a new Tribe. The “I’m not sure” and the “am I good enough” whispers of the critical spirit tried to put a stop to it. But, the Holy Spirit kept a persistent push within them. They prayed alone, they prayed together, and their prayer for His timing led to HIS Tribe launch, where they prayed over each other; over every sister there. Every Tribeswoman had a “whoah! Me too!” moment, reminding us that we are better together because we do not struggle alone.” ~Crunchy

“This tribe was preparing to launch with our girl Hook serving as co-lead. While a few individuals from LCBC Hanover initially expressed interest in leadership, they were unfortunately unresponsive to continued outreach.

Then, Turbo arrived at Neon and, around the fire, shared that Women’s Alliance was exactly the group she had been wanting and needing. That day, she received her Callsign, and God immediately placed it on my heart that she was the one meant to lead.

When she stepped off the tire, I asked her to step into leadership, and we both shared tears of joy as she excitedly and wholeheartedly said, “yes”. On the very first day of tribe, Hook’s mom shared how proud and grateful she was to see her daughter leading within Women’s Alliance and faithfully following the Lord.” ~Ink

“These ladies that launched this Tribe, Thrill and Ikaika, both have such a huge heart and desire to continuing the mission and growing Women’s Alliance. Their main focus was to have Tribe available for women who were not able to meet at their original Mercury Tribe on Thursdays. Not only did they have so many new women that never attended Mercury Tribe show up to the launch of MerSe Tribe, but they also had amazing support from Mercury Tribe sisters.” ~Breeze

Each tribe endured their own challenges & unique differences, but they all stand together in one shared mission: fortifying women to be the wives, sisters, & leaders that God designed them to be.

Today, we stand in remembrance of the brave men and women who laid down their lives for our nation and our freedom.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

Because of the courageous, we are able to gather freely.
To worship boldly.
To pray over our families and tribesisters.
To answer the Great Commission and share the love of Jesus without fear.

While you celebrate those freedoms today, remember to remain in gratitude for our fallen heroes and their loved ones.

An uplifting prayer from our WA Director of Prayer and Intercession, Ink⤵️

Heavenly Father,

We thank You for the women of Women’s Alliance and for the call You have placed on their lives. As Your Word says in 1 Peter 3:15, help us to set apart Christ as Lord in our hearts always. Fill these women with boldness, gentleness, and wisdom so they may reflect Your love in every conversation and every act of service.

Strengthen them to stand firm in truth, to walk in humility, and to be ready to share the hope found only in You. Unite this ministry in faith, courage, and compassion, that through their lives others would see the light of Christ.

May Women’s Alliance be a place where hearts are healed, faith is strengthened, and Your Kingdom is advanced for Your glory.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Isolation is a word we hear often, and if we’re honest, a place many of us drift into without even realizing it.

Life fills up quickly. Work. Children. Responsibilities. The constant pull to keep everything together. And somewhere in the middle of it all, community becomes optional… until the moment we need it most.

Then life happens, and we look around and realize we’ve been standing alone.

Isolation doesn’t always come from busyness. Sometimes it comes from shame. From past decisions. From church hurt. From wounds that haven’t fully healed. From the quiet belief that says, “No one would accept me if they really knew.”

So we withdraw. We convince ourselves it’s easier this way. Safer this way. But isolation harms us.

God never designed us to do life alone. From the beginning, He called us into community—to walk side by side, to carry one another, to pray for one another, to remind each other of truth when lies try to take root.

And those lies are persistent:
“You’re better off alone.”
“No one will understand.”
“You’ll find community someday...just not now.”

So we wait. And we drift further into isolation.
But here’s the truth: we are not meant to live disconnected.

In Women’s Alliance, we stand on something different. We believe we are ONE TRIBE: imperfect, God-fearing women, called to rise together. No matter where we are across the country, we are united in purpose, in faith, and in the understanding that no woman should struggle alone.

We know what it feels like to be unworthy. To feel unseen. To question if there is a place to belong.
And that is exactly why we show up, for each other.
We walk side by side through struggles.
We hold one another accountable with love and grace.
We speak truth when lies creep in.
We pray when words fall short.
Because part of our creed is simple but powerful:
We do not struggle alone.
And our past does not define us.

Real women. Real stories. Real transformation:

“Confidence felt out of reach, and leadership wasn’t even a distant thought. Fear was louder than faith, and isolation felt safer than being seen.” → “Tribe has become a sacred part of my life. Saturday mornings are no longer something I avoid. They’re something I can’t wait for. Instead of judgment, I found love. Instead of isolation, I found belonging. Instead of fear, I found sisters.”
— Brave: Platinum Tribe

“I started to hide, physically and mentally. I thought if I ignored the emotions, they would go away. They didn’t. The more I bottled everything up, the more isolated I became.” → “I stepped out of my comfort zone and found women who would support me, encourage me, and sit with me in silence. Through this tribe, I’m learning no one is too broken, and God is always with us, even when He feels quiet.”
— Compass: Rhenium Tribe

“I believed in God, but I kept my distance from people. Past hurt and fear of judgment kept me isolated.” → “Through Tribe, my faith is active, my hope is restored, and my life is anchored in God’s goodness. Women’s Alliance is where faith meets action. Where judgment falls away, and women rise together.”
— Fleur: T3 Trinity

“My world felt small and isolated. I was afraid of being judged. Afraid I didn’t belong.” → “When I finally showed up, I was welcomed immediately. Seen, loved, and accepted just as I was. What started as one brave step turned into a complete transformation.”
— Lumos: Platinum Praise

“I wanted to believe, but I was afraid I wasn’t ‘religious enough.’ My past felt too heavy.” → “God sent me to Women’s Alliance to surround me with women who reflected Jesus. Because of this tribe, my faith is real, my heart is healing, and I am no longer walking alone.”
— Sprout: Lithium Tribe

“I lived guarded, isolated, unaware of the life God was trying to give me.” → “This ministry is building something new in me. Women who refuse to let me shrink, who pour out the love of Jesus boldly. This ministry is reshaping me.”
— Spur: Chromium Tribe

This is the heart of God: On full display through Women’s Alliance.
God meets us in our fear.
He calls us out of isolation.
And He surrounds us with people who reflect His love.
So if you’ve been feeling alone, whether by circumstance or by choice, hear this clearly:

You are welcome here.
You belong here.
You matter here.
You are loved here.
You were never meant to do this life alone.

🔥💪 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐔𝐏 💪🔥

Have you found yourself ever second guessing exercises when creating a workout for Tribe?

“This may be too hard to add this extra weight.”

“There’s no way this would be possible.”

“My tribeswomen might be way too sore afterwards.”

If you have these thoughts, then you must consider the basis of these workouts. The goal is to get EVERY tribeswoman moving and out of their comfort zones.

Angel Fire from ArO Tribe accomplished that perfectly in this intense, epic workout!

It consisted of 6 stations, all done at a fast pace to definitely get that heart rate up:

💪Incline push-ups with feet on the benches

🔥Alternating between quick fire hose slaps & burpees

🔨Sledgehammer slams on the tire & sledgehammer press ups above the head

🪨Wall sits with holding weights above the head

🛞Pulling big tractor tires while digging deep going uphill, circling around, & coming back down

💧Carrying 16lb water jugs attached to a pole on each side while doing lunges

🏹The finale consisted of the tribeswomen getting in groups of five, picking up a large tractor tire, and making a lap around the entire church.

Not only did this workout push every tribeswomen, Angel Fire also intentionally designed some of the exercises to mirror acts of encounters with Jesus.

In particular, the “Lunges with the Water Jugs” Station was a reminder of the Good Samaritan woman. We are Jesus' disciples, and the walk isn’t promised to be easy.

Angel Fire personally shared, “…we have to remind ourselves that Jesus will give us strength. Nothing was too uncomfortable for Jesus, so we should be his disciples and do our best to step out of our comfort zones.”

To the mama in the thick of the "little years": We see your hard work.

To the mama watching her grown children fly: We appreciate your legacy.

To the mama holding a space for what was lost: We sit with you in the quiet.

To the mama who chose motherhood through adoption: We are inspired by your grace.

To all mamas—regardless of the season or the stage—thank you. We see the joy you build and the million "invisible" things you do to keep the world turning.

“As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.” — Isaiah 66:13

🏹𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝🏹

From our Women’s Alliance Founder & CEO, Crunchy:

You know how when someone is getting sober, one of the wisest things they can do is change their environment? They avoid liquor stores. They stop going to bars. Friends and family often choose to abstain from imbibing around them. That boundary makes sense, especially when we agree that drunkenness isn’t healthy or honorable.

So… what about everything else?

What about how we view our bodies, how we parent, how we spend our weekends, or even how we speak about ourselves and others?

The world around us is constantly churning out a very loud definition of what “successful” and “beautiful” look like: tall, slender models as the standard. Perfect homes (or at least perfect when company comes over). Fully booked calendars—school committees, neighborhood associations, year‑round sports for the kids. A strong, independent woman who can do it all: rule the world, party, travel, stay on trend, show up polished and stylish every single time.

It’s everywhere. Movies. TV shows. The radio. Apps. Subscriptions. Mailers. Billboards. Magazines. Social media. Marketing from every direction. The message is so constant and so loud that we’re often shaped by it before we even realize it—despite all our well‑intended self‑talk.

Paul tells us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). But why do we continue to welcome the world into our mind, our marriage, our friendships and our homes?

How on earth are we supposed to live up to all of that?

Can we get real here? One of the biggest problems that I have experienced throughout my life (I bet you can say the same is true for you) is how women cut each other down! That feeling like when you walk into a space and you get an itch that someone is talking about you. You may turn your shoulders slightly inward, make yourself appear smaller so no one looks your way. Or maybe you go the other direction in response and make yourself loud and known in that space.

You know what makes me hurt so bad about this? I know that a huge part of why I (very ineffectively) coped with rejection and hurt and unresolved traumas was because I felt I wasn’t good enough. I was too ugly, not cool enough, said the wrong things, etc, on and on and on. If I know how it makes me feel to assume and speculate and ruminate on thinking I’m being gossiped about, I’m not doing that to someone else. Can you confidently say the same? Are you chit chatting a little bit here and there about someone else? Or are you going directly to that person to talk about it? If it’s not worth going to that person with, then is it something you should even be saying? It’s going to build them up or tear them down?

The world around us should see Christ through us, right? This is all encompassing. It should be in how we include one another, come along side each other, talk about one another, serve each other and the community around us, AND how we walk the talk in each command given to us.

• We are to carry each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2)
• We are to treat others the way we want to be treated (Galatians 5:14)
• We are to call each other out (Galatians 6:1)

Check out all the goodness Galatians has baked into it!

We often say we don’t pay attention to worldly standards, yet the worldly standards still hold our attention. We “wind down” with shows that tear people apart, normalize harsh language, and subtly train our minds to believe we’re not enough—or that the way to belong is to tear someone else down. We overcommit to every good thing: volunteering, school events, work responsibilities, extracurriculars—until the very people we love most get what’s left of us.

We are constantly in physical and emotional overdrive.

Join me in this daily pause and process->
Shouldn’t our eyes and ears be saturated with the things that honor the Lord? As Philippians 4:8 calls us to—whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable? Or have we convinced ourselves that all of this is harmless—or just “the way things have to be”?
