We're excited to share a major leadership update.

AJ (as many of you know him) brings 22 years of Higher Education IT experience to the team. As the founder of OculusIT and most recently Cioniq Systems, he has helped hundreds of Institutions navigate identity, cybersecurity, and integration complexity. He has lived inside these problems in a way very few people have.
What we respect most about AJ isn't just his rรฉsumรฉ - it's the journey that brought him here.
After two decades building service organizations to help Institutions close critical gaps, he reached a conclusion that resonates deeply with everything we're building at QuickLaunch: services can bridge a gap, but the right product closes it.
He vetted QuickLaunch as a practitioner. He believed in the platform before he believed in the role. That kind of intellectual honesty is rare and it's exactly the standard our customers deserve.
In his role as COO, AJ will lead Operations including ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐, ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, the three functions that define the QuickLaunch experience. He's not just joining an executive team; he's taking ownership of the entire customer journey.
