Come to the Turkey Shoot Friday Nov.14th 6;00 – 9:00 at our Clubhouse!
The Bucket Raffle is set up and we will start selling tickets today at the clubhouse. Some great prizes and you need to get tickets in to WIN!
There’s food, raffles, turkey targets, meat raffles, going on during the evening. Members, friends and family are invited to attend to helps the KC raise money for improvements to the clubhouse. This year it is to improve our parking lot.
Meat Raffles will be done at 6:00, 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00.
Bucket Raffle will be going until 8:30. NOTE: I plan to have this raffle set up by the 7th and available to buy tickets. So if you can’t make it the 14th you can buy and enter ahead of the event.

We still need some help with pot luck food for that night. So if you can make a dish to pass that would be a big help. Also chips, veggies, cheese, sausage or desserts.

Note Turkey targets are available at the clubhouse now.

IF YOU CAN”T ATTEND consider donating prizes for the raffles such as meat (ham , frozen turkeys or any other type of meat) or bottles of libations.

Our council will work with the Downtown bid with their next event : Harvest Fest Saturday Otc. 4th.

This is our 3rd or 4th year so we know what it takes.

I am behind on this so I need volunteers for 3 shifts.

Set up 7:00 AM to 10:00AM. Location is north end of Mill Pond Park by Roosevelt Dr.
At least 8 volunteers to help vendors unload and set up quickly.

Garbage patrol during the day to keep containers clear and ready for more garbage. 3 volunteers
1 person per 3 shifts : 10:30 - 1:00 . 1: - 3:30 and 3:30 - 5:30

Pack up : 5:00 – 6:00 – help vendors pack up and get out without too many problems.
That is what we need. As in the past we will receive $1,000 form the BID. I will get a sign up sheet started by membership meeting but please let me know if you will help. We need about 18 volunteers so feel free t0 bring help.

This is a great one day event that brings many visitors to Menomonee Falls.
