Do you love to sing? Do you have wonderful memories of being in a choral group, whether it was middle school, high school, college, church? What if we told you there is an opportunity for you to enjoy that again - right here in our own community of Bartlett and the surrounding area!
Come check out our Bartlett Area Chorus! Founded in 1990, we are a NON-audition choir that includes everyone who is 18 years+ and willing to commit to weekly two-hour Rehearsals learning some challenging and FUN pieces. Our youngest singer last season was 23 and our oldest was 82! !
We are so thankful to have Donia Rachelle Wade as our Director and Karen Thackrey Strawhecker as our Accompanist. They work hard with us AND have fun with us making sure we learn our music. You do NOT want to miss out on this. Or, if you think you do not sing, please tell someone you know about us.
If you are a Soprano, Alto, Tenor, or Bass, mark your calendar! It is very rewarding to work hard together to create something beautiful for our community to enjoy and to make new lifetime friends.

Touched my heart! One of my favorite pieces ever is the one that our Director, Donia Wade, taught us - "Let Me Listen". The words are thought-provoking and then the beautiful harmonies and piano interludes make this piece come alive. This one will forever be in my heart.

After 14 two-hour rehearsals, your Bartlett Area Chorus was proud to present our Spring 2026 Concert, a Patriotic Tribute to our Veterans and Active Military. Thank you to Grace Presbyterian Church and to Bartlett United Methodist Church for hosting our entire concert. One of the highlights for all of us is also sharing our concert with Robinwood Retirement Resort and Hearthside Senior Living.

Don't forget! ! In the next week, you have two opportunities to come enjoy this. This is another one that your children will enjoy, too.

Mark your calendars! This is truly a Patriotic Concert that you will not want to miss. Our main focus will be to honor our Veterans and Active Military. If you are a Veteran, you are welcomed to wear your military branch pin to represent your service to our country.

In addition to these two concerts for the public, we will be sharing it at Hearthside Senior Living (Hwy 70), Tuesday, April 28th at 6:30 and at Robinwood Retirement Resort (Kirby Whitten), Tuesday, May 5th, 6:30. For security reasons, these two concerts are open only to the residents and their family members. So, if you have a loved one living in one of these facilities, please let them know and come enjoy it with them!

Our Director, Donia Rachelle Wade, and Accompanist, Karen Strawhecker, have worked very hard with us through 15 two-hour rehearsals preparing this. As always, this is a FREE concert, but we need your financial support to help us continue bringing you our very best.
