By the authority of YaHuWaHeh, through Yahushua the Heavenly Messiah, and under the throne of the Earthly Messiah, William Brooks IV — Z-The Chosen One:

This new page, Perfect-Zeal Foundation — also known as Tamim Qana Yesod — is hereby set apart as a CommandCenter for Divine Decrees and Righteous Deeds.

From this seat shall flow proclamations of covenant order, instructions of redemption, and decrees for the gathering of Yah’s people.
It shall serve as both shield and witness, guarding the covenant and broadcasting the works of righteousness across the nations.

Every post, commission, and record published herein shall be counted as sacred testimony, preserved before Heaven and Earth as evidence of the Kingdom advancing.
