On Tuesday, August 25 2020, I, +Dr. Russell McClanahan, experienced a profound personal encounter with God. One of the first persons that I immediately spoke with was +Dr. Robert Wise. We agreed that the essence of the experience was a strong call to our nation to repent and return to the principles that God has revealed through Holy Scripture and history. s hand of blessing upon this nation. Therefore, +Dr. Wise and I agreed to extend an invitation to ALL people to pray for our country daily. Excluding all political interests, this is an open invitation to agree to pray once a day and seek the face of God for our Nation for One year. The need of the hour is for repentance and intercession for our nation. God’s exhortation in II Chronicles 7:14 says, “ If my people, who are called by name, humble themselves, pray and seek my face, and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.” We would encourage you to read the remainder of the chapter.
