The Good Samaritan is an amazing story from the bible. In it a man is beaten and robbed and left for dead on the side of the road. many people walk by him and do not stop to help. then a Samaritan walked by instead of ignoring the beaten man he stopped and helped him.
This story teaches us how we should act. When we see someone in need we need to help them, not ignore them. even if helping is just saying a kind word, it makes a big difference.

Moroni was a prophet in the ancient Americas. The other people at this time were very wicked. He was commanded by God to take the record of his people and to hide them. Many years later Joseph Smith was commanded to take the plates and translate them. He translated those records into the Book of Mormon. This book goes hand in hand with the Bible to testify of Jesus Christ.

The Book of Mormon is a record that testifies of Jesus Christ! It goes hand in hand with the Bible to teach us the fullness of the gospel.
