PASTOR MICHAEL’S MOMENT 🙏🏾
I had a conversation this morning that stayed with me.
Someone said, “Pastor, I know I should have faith that everything is going to be alright.”
And my response was simple:
If there was certainty, we wouldn’t need faith.
Faith means I don’t always know HOW God is going to do it.
I don’t always know WHEN God is going to do it.
And if we’re truthful, some days our faith is stronger than others.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
Even when my faith gets shaky, my trust in God remains.
I trust Him because He’s kept me before.
I trust Him because He’s made ways before.
I trust Him because He’s carried me through some things I didn’t think I would survive.
And that’s why I keep praying.
Don’t ever let anybody make you feel like you’re bothering God because you keep going back to Him. The Bible tells us to “pray without ceasing.” God is our Father, and a loving Father wants to hear from His children.
So if you need to pray about it again—pray again.
If you need to ask Him again—ask again.
If you need to cry before Him again—cry again.
You’re not going back because you don’t believe.
You keep going back because you know WHO you’re going to.
Faith says, “God, I don’t know how.”
Trust says, “But God, I know YOU.”
So today, I may not know how it’s going to happen. I may not know when it’s going to happen. I may not even understand what God is doing right now.
But I’m going to keep trusting.
Same God.
Same power.
Same faithfulness.
And because I trust Him, I’m going to go ahead and declare it by faith:
IT’S ALREADY DONE! 🙌🏾
Walking Together in Grace,
Pastor Michael
