Works with victims of crime/traumatic events, community, schools, hospitals, senior centers, first responders, etc.

Matteo& Minka of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office enjoyed meeting and greeting the public this past weekend at the Bassmaster Santee Cooper 2026 Fishing Tournament! We got to see some old friends and as always, made some new ones. We had so much fun!

HATS OFF TO Caroline Massey Buyck of the Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce and Camlin Darby of Destination Clarendon for making this year another success! It was a huge job to pull off and they did it well!

We have been out of the loop for almost 3 weeks. Our parents both had RSV and were super sick.

We were so excited to be back out of the house and back to work today at our church's annual Easter Egg Scramble. It was so nice to be back at M1AG Group Page and see our church friends as well as visiting friends and guests. WE HAD A BLAST watching 40 kids scrambling for over 1200 eggs!

"Rest & Recovery"

Even the hardest workers need a "paws." 🐾 Our amazing therapy dogs, Matteo & Minka, are officially off-duty for the weekend for a much-needed break! This past week was extremely busy with community events and state activities. The pups enjoyed spreading smiles and comfort to others in need! This weekend is for extra naps, backyard zoomies, and zero alarms. Rest up, heroes—you’ve earned it! ❤️💤

HIGHLIGHTS 1 from S.C. Statehouse:

Matteo & Minka of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office,
participated in the "Victims Matter Rally and Advocacy Day"! We were there to support victims, other advocates, chaplains, therapy dog programs and speak to our legislators about victims rights.

Everyone met in the State House Lobby to hear several speakers, including elected officials, Sarah Ford (SCVAN), Sara Barber (SCCADVASA). Our hearts were touched and strengthened by another speaker, Evelyn Mitchell, a survivor whose advocacy resulted in the establishment of the r**e kit tracking database!

Our networking was well worth it today because we will be bringing more awareness of Victim's Rights and Advocacy back into Clarendon County.

We are going to talk to our state legislators about victim’s rights as well as to support and comfort survivors in their quest for justice.
