Works with victims of crime/traumatic events, community, schools, hospitals, senior centers, first responders, etc.

We were deeply honored to stand alongside our brothers and sisters in uniform to support the family of our fallen brother-in-blue, Chris Delong, Jr.

Bringing our therapy dogs, Matteo's & Minka of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office, to the visitation was an experience that words can barely describe. Meeting Chris' family was incredibly heartwarming. Getting to spend time with them, learning that he loved dogs, especially German Shepherds, and witnessing their immense strength and resiliency was a profound blessing. We also delivered to the DeLong Family, 6 Prayer Bears made by Grae Pratt of Nana's Gift.

Please keep the DeLong family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this difficult time. We will always stand with you.

Matteo's & Minka, of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office, would like to thank Pastor T.J. Grooms and his staff of the Unity Christian Church - Alcolu, South Carolina for inviting us to participate in their 7-week Youth Summer Camp!!!! We always feel welcome and like one of the family when we attend events at this amazing church! As Pastor T.J. tells us, we are not guests but part of their family! We visited over 90 youth and enjoyed all the hugs and smiles.

We look forward to visiting again next week. There will also be other deputies from the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office participating next week in the camp as well. Contact Unity Christian Church - Alcolu, South Carolina for more information!

Matteo's & Minka of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office enjoyed visiting the University of South Carolina Sumter's Youth in Blue Summer Camp Program. Children ages 9-14 enjoyed a week of exploring the world of criminal justice. They learned about tactical operations, SWAT, aviation, K9 programs, forensics, and more! This camp is co-hosted by Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, City of Sumter Police Department, and South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.

Matteo& Minka of the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office enjoyed meeting and greeting the public this past weekend at the Bassmaster Santee Cooper 2026 Fishing Tournament! We got to see some old friends and as always, made some new ones. We had so much fun!

HATS OFF TO Caroline Massey Buyck of the Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce and Camlin Darby of Destination Clarendon for making this year another success! It was a huge job to pull off and they did it well!
