Sigma Alpha Omega, National Christian Sorority Inc. at UW-Madison We are a group of UW-Madison women who gather in Christ's name to build relationships with God and each other and have tons of fun in the process!

The purpose of Sigma Alpha Omega® is to assemble women who support Christian beliefs and/or values in a Christ-centered sisterhood. First of all we are founded in Christ and secondly in sisterhood. We encourage one another to grow in love through life in Christ through fellowship such as Bible studies, social activities, retreats, service projects, and much more. Sigma Alpha Omega® is a great way to get involved and enjoy college life while remaining true to your identity as a child of God.

We held our last Chapter meeting of the semester this past Sunday. We ended the meeting with a group selfie (of course), senior gifts and praying over our seniors who graduate in a week. We are excited for our new executive board and are looking forward to another great year of sisterhood together! Dove love.

Introducing....next year's Executive Board! It's our pleasure and honor to announce these ladies as the executive officers for the 2016-2017 school year! From left to right: Janelle (treasurer), Becca (vice-president), Kylie (president) and Rebecca (secretary). These sisters embody all the ideals of SAO and we are so excited to have these wonderful women as leaders of our sorority next year.

Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves. -Philippians 2:3

Our February Sister(s) of the Month: The Sarahs! These two have shown so much love and dedication to our sisterhood in the past month. Sarah P. (left) is our current candidate mentor, and she has done an AMAZING job at welcoming new members into our sorority as well as handle all the craziness that we go through with recruitment. Sarah D. (right) is a current member on our CRC committee. She has been a creator of new ideas including Secret Prayer Partners- where each sister is given the prayer requests of another sister (secret) to pray for throughout the semester. Needless to say, we are so blessed by the leadership, love and encouragement shown by these two sisters. Thank you for all that you do for our sisterhood ♡
