Annual Coats for the Homeless

Annual Coats for the Homeless Our goal: 100 Coats and 100 hygiene kits to be distribute the coats at the Thanksgiving meal at the Homeless Alliance in Oklahoma City.

Providential Services, Western Evangelism have partnered together for the past 2 years to raise money to bring coats to the homeless. We have successfully distributed over 220 coats along with hygiene kits consisting of a knit hat, pair of gloves, pair of socks, bar soap, shampoo, chap stick, washcloth, deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste to men, woman and children at the annual thanksgiving diner served at the homeless alliance in OKC.

Hello everyone, this is Patrick. We are again gathering up donations. We have already ordered brand new coats for the Thanksgiving giveaway at the Homeless Alliance Thanksgiving dinner. I stepped out in Faith and ordered everything hoping for the help of others.

We are gearing up for our thanksgiving coat giveaway this will be year number 9 whe are so thankful for everyone’s help. We especially need help this year coats have gone up $4.00 a coat so please if you are inclined to help pm me.

We are really excited about our coat drive this year. This is our seventh year to do this every year it has been an amazing experience to help the people in Oklahoma thank you to all of those that have donated in the past and looking forward to thanking those of you that will donate this year.

It’s that time again for our annual coat and hygiene kits. We will be handing these out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We also will be donating items to our local area charities.

Also if you have items you would like to donate like coats/blankets for infants, kids or adults that would also be appreciated.

We are collecting donations for our annual coat and hygiene kit drive.

We hand out new coats and hygiene kits to the homeless and we will be also donating winter coats to our local ministries.

100% of donations are used for the coat and hygiene kit giveaway.

We gave out 200 new coats, 342 hygiene kits (which included soap, shampoo, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, razor, lotion, hand warmers, hats, socks and gloves. A youth member of the First Baptist Church of Wellston made 176 scarves and gave them out with pocket bibles.
