The devil is not playing fair with our children and grandchildren. In the 70’s I heard Josh Mc Dowell say that the greatest enemy to the church in the future would be tolerance. At that point I could not grasp what he was saying. We are there now.
God loves us all right where we are at, but loves us too much to leave us there.
God does not tolerate sin because it destroys us and our children.

It takes courage to take a stand.

Parents, please go ahead and get your kids registered so that we can order our supplies. We also need a helper in Cubbies (the youngest group) and we need some of you who will be listening to scriptures. Dads would be greatly appreciated!

September 4th is the start date for Awana. We welcome those who are 3 by August 10th through 5th grade. This is an excellent program of learning and memorizing God’s word. You don’t have to be a member of Generations Church to attend. The cost is $30 per semester. Respond if you would like more information.

Our first week back at Awana's was great. The kids were excited and we gave out a lot of awards! We are looking forward to seeing them tomorrow at 6:00!

We will have a leadership meeting on Tuesday, Feb 9th at the church at 6:30pm. I plan on it lasting no more than one hour. If you have any desire to help with Awanas and make a difference in the lives of our next generation, please do your best to be there. If you (or your pre-teen/tenenager) want to help, please let me know if there is a particular age group you definitely WANT to work with, or DO NOT WANT to work with. I will have all the information you need as well as Leaders Guides for you at the meeting. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED CHILDCARE! Thanks so much, y'all!
