Monty and I went birding yesterday afternoon to relax after a great Sunday and fellowship potluck. We heard there was a pelican sighted at McKenzie Park at the pond north of Broadway. We really enjoyed watching this magnificent creature of God's creation. In one of the photos you can see the fish he is swallowing. Oreo enjoyed her outing as well. She could see the ducks but not hear them. Later, we drove through Lubbock City Cemetery as western blue birds had been seen there. We saw at least 50 robins if not more. We ended with a beautiful sunset.

WE went birding early Saturday morning We were a tad late so we didn't get to see all that the group saw but we did spot wonderful gifts of God and wanted to share them. A young heron, spider webs, red ant busy as can be, yellow grasshopper and a young Mississippi Kite eating on something. God's creatures are fascinating.

Monty and I went birding this morning at Tahoka Lake Pasture. Enjoy God’s little family of King Birds in this video. Other pictures to come later.

God’s amazing little creatures, the Bees. The large one is a honey bee. Not sure what the little green ones are. Thank you God.
