😌🌸 Even the Pastor takes time to smell the flowers. 📖 Biblically, rest is not optional.

It’s obedience.

Take a day each week for Sabbath Rest—God’s gracious invitation to stop, unplug, and remember who we really are. It is a weekly declaration that we are created image-bearers, not machines driven by endless productivity.

The Sabbath is far more than a suggestion.
It is resistance against anxiety and burnout, and a pathway to deeper worship, stronger families, and genuine peace that only comes from trusting God’s design.

Whether you’re exhausted from the hustle or simply longing for more of God’s presence…REST.
