We praise God for all who prayed at 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. yesterday, those of you who have been praying since you heard of the surgery. God heard and God has answered our prayers. The surgery was successful, the kidney is in and working fine, doing what kidneys do. Eric Jr. is doing fine and may be home on Saturday, Elder Cummings should be home on Sunday or Monday. Keep on praying for the healing power of God to continue to a full recovery.

Elder Eric Cummings, Pastor of Emmanuel COCHUSA in Merrillville IN, a faithful servant of the Lord. Elder Cummings will be having surgery this morning 11:00 a.m. (receiving a kidney). His son Eric Jr. will be in surgery at 8:00 a.m. (releasing a kidney to his dad)
Let us talk to God at 8:00 and 11:00 for the success of both of these surgeries and for the recovery time.
We appreciate you all for your commitment to prayer and the prayer ministry.

Dear COCHUSA Family,
It is with sadness that we inform you that our Brother Kenneth Harris made his transition yesterday, January 19th. Ken was 62 years-old and was a faithful member of Zion Chapel COCHUSA in Detroit, MI where Eld Craig Hancock is pastor.
Ken was a friend to all and loved his church. Ken was a faithful member of the Trustee Board and he always had a smile for you. (just like in the photo below).
Ken leaves a loving, caring wife, Marchelle (Marsha), (married in 1979), three children, Kenneth, Jr., Kenisha and Colby, grandchildren, parents Deacon Levoll & Sis. Bessie Harris, eight siblings, nieces/nephews, a large extended family and many friends.
Kenneth (Ken) Harris will be truly missed.
Please remember the family in prayer as they prepare for the Home-Going service and continue to remember them in the days and months to come as they begin the healing process.

We praise the Lord for the successful launch of Freedom Fellowship Church of Christ (Holiness) U.S.A., the dynamic new church founded by Pastor David Kennebrew in Atlanta, Georgia. Those who attended the initial service were blessed to experience a Spirit filled service featuring anointed praise and worship and a powerful Word from Elder Kennebrew. Every aspect of the worship experience was "on point", as the leadership team made sure that everyone felt welcome and encouraged to return. We are sure that many will. Pastor Kennebrew and his staff are to be commended for following the God given vision and for the hard work expended in bringing the vision to pass.
