Do you get ANGRY often? Do You or someone you know suffer from ROAD RAGE? Can people tell you how they really feel or are they forced to tip toe around you or only say "nice things" so as not to set you off? If I told you, "you aIn't all that", or... If I pointed out areas in your life where I thought you could do better...then what? Are you a sore loser? Do you cuss after you take that golf swing? Mad when you don't bowl a strike? A waiter messes up your order? You catch your husband or wife going through your phone - more than that you catch them texting someone inappropriately on theirs? What about being used or mistreated by someone? Being lied on? talked about? betrayed? stolen from? accused? called out your name?

ARE YOU ANGRY YET? of course YOU'RE not, but can you bring "your friend" that needs to know how to deal with their anger, (or bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness) and just sit through it with them.
