Through the use of gospel music we target chronically homeless and/or substance abusing women and men who are disenfranchised and non-responsive to traditional outreach interventions. Chosen's outreach services also offer Transitional Housing, a 24 hour Crisis Hotline and a Weekly Community Food Distribution Program.
