Last week, three years after October 7, our Stephen Wise Temple community gathered to remember.

Through Eli, Eli (אלי, אלי), Al Tasteir (אל תסתיר), and Esa Einai (אשא עיניי), we gave voice to the sorrow and hope that words alone cannot express. Our prayers cannot heal every wound, but they lift us in our grief, remind us we are not alone, and carry us toward hope and peace.

On November 13, we'll continue to explore the power of music to hold our memories and carry our stories forward at Music & Memory: A Special Musical Shabbat, featuring our cantors and soloists alongside a string quartet and vocal quartet.
