Life has a way of filling up every available space.

Work. Family. Responsibilities. Plans. Problems to solve.

Most days we're focused on what's right in front of us.

But every now and then, we find ourselves asking a bigger question:

What really matters?

This Sunday we're wrapping up our journey through Ecclesiastes and looking at the conclusion the book arrives at after wrestling with life's biggest questions.

We'll talk about what matters most and hear what God says about the life we've been given.

If you're exploring faith, looking for a church in the Longwood area, or simply curious, we'd love to have you join us.

Sunday at 10am.

Have you ever reached something you thought would finally make you happy... only to find yourself looking for the next thing?

The next goal.
The next purchase.
The next achievement.

We keep chasing satisfaction because we were created for something more than this world can offer.

The good news of the gospel is that Jesus meets the deepest need of the human heart.

That's why the search ends with Him.

On Sunday, we had the joy of welcoming new members who have chosen to call this church their home. We don’t take that lightly. Every name represents a story, a step of faith, and a desire to grow in Christ alongside a church family.

We are grateful for what God is building here, and even more grateful for the people He continues to bring into it.

If you are new or still looking for a church home, we would love to meet you this Sunday.

There’s a pull in life toward what feels immediate and important in the moment.

But Jesus calls us to something deeper.

To seek first the kingdom of God is to reorder our lives around what actually lasts: God’s glory, God’s name, and God’s purposes.

What do you do when you don't know what's coming next?

Most of us would like a roadmap for the future. We want certainty, clear answers, and confidence that things will work out the way we hope. But Ecclesiastes reminds us that much of life remains beyond our control.

This Sunday at King's Chapel, we explored how God calls us to live faithfully in the face of uncertainty. Rather than being paralyzed by fear or consumed by trying to control what comes next, we are invited to trust the One who holds the future in His hands.

The good news is that while we don't know everything that lies ahead, we do know the God who goes before us. And that's enough to move forward in faith.

Have you ever delayed something because you were waiting for the timing to feel right?

Most people have.

A conversation. A decision. An opportunity. A next step.

The challenge is that life rarely comes with perfect certainty, and waiting too long can sometimes keep us from the things that matter most.

This Sunday at Kings Chapel we're opening Ecclesiastes 11:1–12:8 and talking about what it means to live wisely, trust God, and make the most of the life we've been given.

If you're looking for a church in the Longwood area or simply curious about faith, we'd love to see you this Sunday.

Religion says work for acceptance.

Jesus offers grace to us because we could never earn it on our own.

That’s the difference the gospel makes.

The good news of Christianity is not about pretending to have it all together. It’s about Christ rescuing sinners through His life, death, and resurrection.

And when grace changes your heart, faithful living follows.

There is hope in Jesus.

A lot of people are carrying fear and exhaustion right now.

The world feels chaotic. Uncertain. Unstable.

But the message of Jesus reminds us that God is not distant from our pain.

In Christ, God stepped into suffering for us and gave Himself to rescue us because He loves us.

And because Jesus defeated death, fear does not get the final word.

Even when the world feels unstable, Christians still have hope because God is good and He is still in control.

The world feels noisy, divided, and chaotic right now.

This Sunday at King’s Chapel, we looked at Ecclesiastes 9 and 10 and the challenge of living wisely in a world filled with foolishness, frustration, and instability.

Scripture reminds us that wisdom still matters. Faithfulness still matters. And even when life feels upside down, our hope is secure because our King has already won the battle and He is coming again.

Real peace is not found in trying to control everything around us. It is found in trusting Christ and continuing to walk faithfully in the middle of a world gone mad.

There was an internet outage during our live stream, so a few minutes of the sermon may be missing from the recording.

It’s easy to feel secure when life is going smoothly.

But sometimes it takes a difficult season, unexpected change, or plans falling apart to realize how quickly things can shift underneath us.

Most people are building their lives on something. Success. Relationships. Financial security. The future.

But what actually holds when life gets hard?

This Sunday at Kings Chapel we’re opening Ecclesiastes 9:13–10:20 and talking about why God is the foundation of our wisdom and our solid rock in the middle of an uncertain world.

If you’re looking for a church in the Longwood area or simply curious about faith, we’d love to see you this Sunday.
