💜✨ AUGUST OVERFLOW GATHERING IS ALMOST HERE! ✨💜

There is something incredibly powerful that happens when women from multiple churches come together with one purpose—to seek the presence of Jesus, worship Him, grow in His Word, and encourage one another. 🙌💕

This month’s message, “When Strength Is Your Only Option,” is one that has been stirring in my heart. ❤️ There are seasons when no one else can carry us… and in those moments, God teaches us how to stand in His strength. 💪🕊️

💕📖 One of my favorite parts of motherhood is when our devotional time turns into a treasure hunt through God’s Word. 💕

This morning, Selah asked me about a couple of Scriptures and what they really meant. Instead of giving a quick answer, we searched them out together, compared verses, and dug deeper into God’s truth. 🩷✨

Those are the moments I cherish most… watching your child hunger for God’s Word and seeing understanding begin to bloom. 🌱📖 There is something so precious about sitting side by side, asking questions, learning together, and discovering more of who God is.

“Get wisdom, get understanding…” Proverbs 4:5 💛

God doesn’t just want us to know about Him, He desires for us to understand His heart, His ways, and His Word. Every question is an invitation to know Him more deeply. 🙏✨

And, because Iowa decided to turn into an oven today 🥵☀️🔥, we took a little break and dipped our feet in the pool before loading up for Selah’s follow-up appointment. 💦👣 What a refreshing way to cool off before heading out!

We would appreciate your prayers as we head to her appointment. 🙏

May the Lord bless each of you with a growing hunger for His Word, the wisdom to seek Him, and the understanding that comes from His Spirit. May He strengthen your faith, guide your steps, and remind you that every moment spent in His presence is never wasted. Every decision to trust Him, every step of obedience, and every opportunity to reflect His love has the potential to impact lives for eternity. The moments that seem ordinary today may become the ones God uses in extraordinary ways tomorrow.

It's easy to believe that one day everything will fall into place. That the right opportunity, the right timing, or the right circumstances will finally arrive. But defining moments are rarely accidental.

They are shaped by daily faithfulness, courageous decisions, and a willingness to follow God even when the path isn't fully clear. Every act of obedience, every choice to trust Him, and every step of faith is preparing you for the purpose He has already designed.

Many of us wait until we feel completely ready before taking the next step. We want every question answered and every detail mapped out. But God rarely calls us to certainty before He calls us to obedience.

Throughout Scripture, lives were transformed because ordinary people chose to trust God one step at a time. Their willingness to obey became the pathway to the purpose He had prepared for them.
