Here’s a piece of Haley’s story: “One day as I was exercising, I was pondering on the efforts of the Savior on my behalf. I was granted a vision of sorts...

In this vision I was sitting on the ground, my back against the wall of a cage, it was dark - and I felt terrible. Dark, angry, and so deeply hurt. I looked up and through a door in the cage was a hand reaching towards me. It was Jesus Christ.

I knew as I looked at Him that He had come all the way down the twisted path I had taken, and had found me to bring me out. I took His hand. He walked back the same twisted path with me...until we came back to light.”

✨ The Holy Ghost is such an amazing gift we are given.

The Lord speaks to us personally through the Holy Ghost. He works in perfect unity with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Offering comfort and strength, revealing truth, and providing guidance for decisions we may face.

I love this from President Eyring. “You and I have the opportunity to have the Holy Ghost as our constant companion and to have those truths confirmed as we remember and love the Savior, repent, and ask for His love to be in our hearts.”

Here are my 3 takeaways from this talk:
1. We need the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost.
2. The Holy Ghost testifies that Jesus is the Christ.
3. The Holy Ghost will guide in the best way for you.

😅 I wish it were this easy…

My 8 year old often gets frustrated when her artwork doesn’t come out exactly the way she wanted it to. And I have to remind her that learning to draw requires practice and patience.

The same is true for our faith.

✨ Introducing Our Newest Product: Peace, Be Still sweatshirt

Let me spill the beans on why I created this awesome new sweatshirt. It’s basically a reminder of my favorite hymn, ‘Be Still, My Soul.’ This song has been my favorite for as long as I can remember, offering me comfort and reassurance whenever I’ve been faced with a difficult trial. It’s my go-to for staying calm and collected, reminding me to trust in the Lord, no matter what’s going on.

Now, about the design – I went all in, delicate poppy flowers embroidered onto the fabric to remind you of peace and hope. And here’s the best part – ‘Be Still’ is stitched right there on the right wrist, flipped just for you to read, so whenever you look down, it’s like a secret handshake with God.

It’s my way of saying, ‘Hey, we’re in good hands, and everything’s gonna be okay, no matter what life throws our way.’

So, here’s to peace, hope, and one seriously cozy sweatshirt!

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Makell - a mom of 3 who felt the need to study conference talks, but didn’t want to study from a screen. I created these journals to help get you off your phone and immersed in the words of our prophet and leaders.

I know that studying these messages will bring hope and peace to your day and will renew your connection to Heavenly Father. This is the place for the words of the prophet and your personal revelation to be combined.
