Be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of

your mind, that you may prove what is good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12 :2

To conform is to be in agreement on every point. To be the same/ compliant/obedient to standards or customs. To form a pleasing relationship, to change behavior, looks, attitudes, and to become something you are not.

There is a real pressure to conform to the pattern of the world system, to be squeezed into its mold.
There is also a pressure in the church to conform. To be like anyone else, to covet another person's gift or ministry, which also brings jealousy and discord and disunity.

Renew your mind (to restore and mame new spiritually), by the word of God. You will transform your thinking by aligning it with God's word, focusing on positive truths about God's love, grace and promises,

Remember, there is no one else like you!

GOD CREATED YOU AND YOU ARE UNIQUE!

If we conform to the world, we begin to look like the world, think like the world and act like the world.
Remember you are in this world, but you are not of this world.

Even if a king had the best-equipped army, it would never be enough to save him. Even if the best warrior went to battle, he could not be saved simply by his strength alone. Human strength and the weapons of man are false hopes for victory; they may seem mighty, but they will always disappoint. The eyes of the Lord are upon even the weakest worshipers who love him— those who wait in hope and expectation for the strong, steady love of God. God will deliver them from death, even the certain death of famine, with no one to help.

Reading Genesis 12. God supplied , he provided for Abraham.
Because Abraham made a ultimate sacrifice. A ultimate surrender of his heart and his faith.
Abraham's faith manifested itself in pure obedience.
God csn be trusted to provide His presence, grace and all that is needed.
He is your jehovah jireh!
God, you’re such a safe and powerful place to find refuge! You’re a proven help in time of trouble— more than enough and always available whenever I need you. So we will never fear even if every structure of support were to crumble away. We will not fear even when the earth quakes and shakes, moving mountains and casting them into the sea. For the raging roar of stormy winds and crashing waves cannot erode our faith in you. Pause in his presence God has a constantly flowing river whose sparkling streams bring joy and delight to his people. His river flows right through the city of God Most High, into his holy dwelling places. God is in the midst of his city, secure and never shaken. At daybreak his help will be seen with the appearing of the dawn. So, what does all this mean? If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us? For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son.
