Transformation is an INSIDE JOB. 🔥

God is not only concerned with changing what is happening around you—He wants to transform what is happening within you.

Before the elevation, there is often preparation.
Before the assignment, there is development.
Before the outward manifestation, there is inward transformation.

God wants to strengthen your faith, renew your mind, heal your heart, develop your character, and align you with His will.

Romans 12:2 reminds us:
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Don’t become so focused on what you want God to change around you that you miss what He is changing within you.

The environment may not change first.
The people may not change first.
The circumstances may not change first.

Sometimes, God starts with YOU. 🙏🏽

Let Him do the inner work.

Because when God transforms you from the inside, you become equipped to walk differently on the outside.

PAIN → PURPOSE → POWER 🌱

There are seasons when all you can see is the breaking of the ground. It hurts. It is uncomfortable. And sometimes, you cannot understand why God would allow you to walk through it.

But what if the breaking is preparing the soil?

🌱 PAIN — THE PLANTING
Some seasons break the ground of our lives. They expose us, stretch us, humble us, and teach us what comfort never could.

💧 PURPOSE — THE WATERING
Then comes the season of stewardship. We pray. We obey. We remain faithful. We heal. We grow. We keep showing up even when we cannot yet see the harvest.

🌾 POWER — THE HARVEST
Eventually, what God developed IN you begins to produce fruit THROUGH you. Your testimony strengthens someone else. Your wisdom creates impact. Your obedience opens doors. Your growth produces something greater than what you originally endured.

Do not despise the season you are in simply because it does not look like harvest yet.

The seed does not look like the harvest either.

Keep planting.
Keep watering.
Keep obeying.
Keep trusting God with the increase.

What began as pain can become purpose—and when purpose is surrendered to God, it can produce POWER, IMPACT, PROVISION, and MULTIPLICATION.

Your current season may not be punishment.
