Bethel Church is a small community church in the mountains of North Carolina. Established in 1940, Bethel Church has continued to spread God's word for many years. Many members have come and gone over the years, most of the founding members have gone to meet the Lord. But the church remains as a beacon unto the community round about. Our teachings and beliefs come from the blessed Word of God, The

King James Version Bible, and that is the only version of the Bible we will use or accept. Our faith is in a Know So Salvation, believing that if we are saved, we will know it. We are dedicated to the spreading of God's word and to the salvation of the lost. This page was created so that we could spread the word of God, and the joyous news of salvation, not just to the small community we are located in, but throughout the world for God said....

Mark 16:15 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Although we cannot go in person to all the world we seek to obey this command by spreading the Word of God on this page. We will, Good Lord willing, be posting recorded messages and Bible study thoughts on this site. We hope you will enjoy these, and that you will be blessed by them. Most of all we hope that some lost soul will be saved by them....

Communion and feetwashing tmrw, 5/17/26. Service will start at 11AM. with Communion afterwards. Then a meal on the grounds to follow. Come out and worship with us.

Even if you have never been to a Communion or feetwashing Service, come and see what blessings the Lord will give.

1 Corinthians 11:
"24And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

25After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come."

27Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

28But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

29For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
