They've seen firsthand the impact of language barriers when it comes to accessing vital resources like Bibles. That's why we're rallying to collect funds for Ukrainian and Creole Bibles, priced at $5 each, with a goal of $2,000 to cover 400 Bibles. At Ninth Hour Ministries, our mission is to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of those affected by disaster. We are currently raising funds to purchase two essential trailers, a portable shower trailer and a portable laundry trailer, to better serve families and volunteers in times of crisis.

Shower Trailer: $54,499
Laundry Trailer: $61,880
Total Goal: $116,379

These units will allow us to bring comfort, cleanliness, and dignity to those who have lost so much, while opening doors to share the love and hope found in Christ.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Ninth Hour Ministries and Relief! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate our nation’s freedom today, we’re reminded of the incredible blessings and opportunities God has given us.

Galatians 5:13 says, “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”

Let’s remember those who are struggling and continue to lift them up, not just in prayer, but through our acts of compassion and generosity.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day, A Time to Remember and Honor

Today, we at Ninth Hour Ministries & Relief pause in deep gratitude to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this nation. Their sacrifice echoes the powerful words of Jesus in John 15:13:

“For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends.”

Their courage and selflessness reflect the very heart of Christ. As we honor their memory, we also pray for their families and loved ones, asking the Lord to bring comfort and peace that only He can provide.

Today is not just a holiday, it’s a moment of reverence. Let us remember, give thanks, and live with purpose in honor of those who gave all.

For the first time ever, we've released our very own frost probabilities map for the next three nights of cold weather here across Michigan. On first glance, it looks like one of our signature snow maps, and what a snow map it would be if it WAS snow. Fortunately, this is not one of those maps but rather the chances you'll see frost over the next couple nights. Winds close to Lake Huron will actually bring in slightly warmer temperatures off the lake, reducing the frost chances here. Inland areas away from both of the lakes and urban heat islands will see the best chances at frost. This includes much of the western half of the Upper Peninsula, as well as west-central Lower Peninsula.

You'll notice that a lot of areas have their chances right around 40-50%. These areas are modeled to have overnight temperatures close to 32°F, but likely a degree or two cooler. Our 20-30% zones and lower will likely stay above 35°F most nights. Still, we're close enough to freezing that almost everywhere in the state should take necessary precautions for their plants over the next three nights.

On May 16th, 2025, an EF3 tornado hit St. Louis, Missouri. The tornado was one mile wide and tracked for 22.6 miles. Its devastation has left many families without homes, power, and even loved ones. In this time of crisis, we are called to action—to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Our team is ramping up to take tarps, equipment, and hope to those affected by this tragedy.
