Good Morning ATM Followers-What is more difficult to believe: the miracles of God, or our constant forgetfulness that God continues to do miracles? Like the people of Isaiah’s day, we are held captive by so many things. Often, the miracle of deliverance seems far from us. We’re in bo***ge to negativity, gossip, or materialism. We can be slaves of depression, anxiety, and addiction. We see no escape from a hopeless culture. Who will save us from this body of death? Our doubt must leave God speechless at times. While Jesus was generally gentle with others (except the Pharisees), He was stern when someone lacked in simple faith — that God is the one who delivers us from bo***ge. In the Old Testament, God’s children were taken captive and God saved them again and again. In freeing people from disease and spiritual blindness, Jesus asked people to remember: this same God who worked miracles in the past is working miracles even now. We simply need to believe that He will work His miracles again. So, perhaps the key is to strive less to believe and strive more to remember. Remember this miracle-working God of yesterday, today, and forever. Stay Blessed & Stay in His Word.
