Vincent de Paul, leads women and men to join together to grow spirituality by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering in the tradition of it's founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul. The Society collaborates with other people of good will in relieving need and addressing its causes, but making no distinction in those served.

Our next Business meeting is on December 4, 2025 @6:00 pm in the Hospitality Room at Resurrection Catholic Church located at 333 Terrace Way, Lakeland.

You do not need to be Catholic to be a member of the Society. You need only to have a desire to help those in the local community who are suffering.

Come out and join us. Everyone is welcome!

A Catholic Digest Fave Five Charity

The Society's nearly 100,000 trained volunteers in the United States provided 17.5 million hours of volunteer service in 2016, helping more than 20.9 million people through visits to homes, prisons and hospitals at a value of more than $1 billion dollars.

During Pope Francis’ recent visit, he reached Christians and non-Christians alike with his message of helping others. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has been putting these words into practice for more than170 years. SVdP is truly volunteer driven with a volunteer to staff ratio of 16 to 1.
