We are not living to prove something.

We are learning to lean into a place of rest, resting in who we are, whose we are, and what has already been given to us.

We were never created to strive for heaven. We were created to live from our union with the Father, allowing heaven and earth to meet through sons and daughters who know His heart.

As we lean into Papa’s heart, we begin to see creation differently. We don’t speak from fear, striving, or the need to control. We speak from love, knowing the authority He has already placed within us.

Maybe this life was never about trying harder to get somewhere.

Maybe it’s about awakening to where we already are, held in His love, filled with His life, and invited to reveal His heart to creation.

Rest isn’t doing nothing.

It’s living from union instead of striving. ❤️

Happy Birthday to our Pastor, Chris Tackett! 🎉

We love you and are so thankful for the heart you have to shepherd people. You genuinely love, guide, and protect the people Papa has placed in your life, and that heart is seen in so many ways.

What you do isn’t always easy, but it is so easy to see that you were called for it. Thank you for loving people well, for making room for them, and for continually pointing them back to the heart of the Father.

We are incredibly thankful for you and believe the very best is still ahead.

Yeshua doesn’t invite us to work harder to become loving. He invites us to remain in His love. And from that place of union, His life naturally becomes visible through us.

The patience, gentleness, peace, and kindness Holy Spirit forms within you aren’t trophies to admire or proof that you’re getting it right. They are nourishment for the people you encounter.

The branch receives its life from the Vine, but it bears fruit for the table.

Sometimes what we call addiction started long before the substance, the relationship, or the behavior ever showed up.

Sometimes it started with a wound.

A place where we didn’t feel safe.
A moment we felt rejected.
A childhood where love felt conditional.
A trauma that left us believing we weren’t enough.
A deep need to feel wanted, accepted, or like we belonged somewhere.

And when those places hurt long enough, we find ways to quiet them. We reach for something, or someone, to give us what our hearts have been searching for.

But what if recovery could go deeper than changing a behavior?

What if we could begin healing the places that taught us we had to search for love and acceptance in the first place?

That’s part of what we are walking through in Restored to Freedom.

We’re not here to shame the way you survived. We want to help you discover what was underneath it, allow those places to heal, and begin seeing yourself through the eyes of a Father who has never considered you unwanted, unworthy, or too far gone.

You don’t have to earn love.
You don’t have to perform for acceptance.
You already belong.

Did you know we are all standing on level ground in the Father’s eyes?

There are no VIP sections in the Kingdom. No one is more loved because they have a title, a platform, a microphone, or a certain calling. And no one is less loved because their life or calling looks different.

Yes, we have different gifts. Different assignments. Different ways that His life is expressed through us. But different does not mean greater or lesser.

The person on the stage is not more valuable than the person sitting in the back row. The pastor is not more cherished than the person who walked through the doors for the very first time. The person who seems to have it all together is not more worthy than the one who is still finding their way.

We are sons and daughters before we are anything else.

So if you have ever felt overlooked, unimportant, unqualified, or like you somehow ended up on the bottom, hear this:

There is no bottom in His family.

You are not standing beneath anyone.

You are loved.
You are cherished.
You belong.
And Papa isn’t waiting for you to become something more impressive before He calls you His beloved.

Different callings. Different journeys. Different stories.

Same table.
Same Father.
Same love.

And there has always been a seat for you. ❤️

Tomorrow isn’t about attending another service. It isn’t about checking a box or showing up because we’re supposed to.

It’s about all of us doing life together.

We were made for community, for real relationships where we can laugh together, grow together, celebrate together, walk through hard seasons together, and remind one another that none of us were created to walk this life alone.

And at the center of it all is the Father’s love.

A love that doesn’t wait for us to get everything right.
A love that meets us right where we are.
A love that reminds us who we are and that we have always belonged.
A love that makes room at the table for every whosoever.

That’s why we gather.

Not because the Father is waiting on us to show up at a building, but because there’s something beautiful about coming together as family and experiencing His love.

So bring your family. Bring your coffee. Bring your questions. Bring your messy week. Bring your joy. Just bring you.

We’ll be up on the hill tomorrow at 9:30 AM, making room for one another and allowing Holy Spirit to lead.

There’s a seat at the table for you.

And you are certainly not disqualified.

The Father isn’t waiting for some better version of you before He draws near. He is present in the middle of the messy, the unanswered, the still-healing, and the places you’re still learning to understand.

You don’t have to have everything figured out today.

Just breathe.

You are loved right here.
You are seen right here.
You belong right here.

There is more happening in you than you can see. Grace is at work. Healing is happening. And the life of Christ within you is greater than anything trying to convince you otherwise.

Keep going, beloved. ❤️

Bring Your ‘We Were Hoping’

Scripture Reading: Luke 24:17–24

When Yeshua asked the disciples what they were discussing, He already knew the facts. And still, He gave them room to speak. Their words reached the ache beneath the conversation: “We were hoping....” We all carry sentences like that too. You were hoping the relationship would heal, the answer would come, the door would open, or life would unfold differently. Disappointment can rearrange your story until every detail seems to prove that Abba has forgotten you. Yeshua does not and never has shamed that interpretation. Instead He comes alongside you and listens. Your questions are not barriers you must remove before encountering Christ, but they can become the place where you notice His gentleness.

Today, resist the urge to polish your prayer. Tell Abba what you hoped for, what hurt, and what no longer makes sense. Presence may first arrive as a compassionate question, inviting your guarded heart to speak honestly without fear of rejection or correction.
