Girl Scouts of the USA, this is your chance to shine as a young entrepreneur!

Space Coast Ice Cream is inviting you to bring your best cookie pitch to the shop Tuesday, February 17th through Tuesday, March 3rd, from 2 PM–6 PM.

Here’s how it works:

🍪 Step 1: Stop by and give us your best Girl Scout Cookie sales pitch.
🍪 Step 2: We’ll purchase 4 boxes of your favorite cookie.
🍨 Step 3: Then the fun really begins!

You’ll get the opportunity to:

Design your very own Galaxy, Shake, or Sundae featuring your favorite cookie
Calculate the cost of your creation
Make your sweet masterpiece
Record a short marketing video to promote it
Your one-of-a-kind creation will be featured in our shop and rotated on the menu (while supplies last) over the following weeks!
This is your chance to practice business skills, creativity, marketing, and teamwork — all while having fun and enjoying ice cream.

💕 Galentine’s Cookie Crush Cups 💕

Because besties deserve the best

You’ll Need

ExplorMores or Tagalongs (about 8–10 cookies)
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
1 cup vanilla or chocolate pudding (store-bought or homemade)
Chocolate drizzle or caramel sauce
Pink or red sprinkles
Mini chocolate hearts (optional but very on-theme)

💗 How to Make the Magic

Crush the Cookies
Rough-crush your cookies. Not dust. Think “best friend energy” chunky.

Layer with Love
In clear cups or jars, layer:
Cookie crumbs
Pudding
Whipped topping
Repeat
Because one layer is never enough.
Drizzle & Dazzle
Finish with chocolate or caramel drizzle, sprinkles, and chocolate hearts.

Chill or Serve Immediately
Both are valid life choices.

🌿 Wild Florida Rescue Youth Squad – Leadership Volunteers Wanted! 🌿

Wild Florida Rescue is seeking dedicated Leadership Volunteers to help guide and support our Youth Squad Explorers program!

Leadership Volunteer Qualifications:

Must be available 1–2 Sundays per month and for some special events/ meetings

Must complete a background check

BSA or Explorers experience, is welcome but NOT required

Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for wildlife encouraged!

Leadership volunteers help mentor youth, support training events, assist with rescue education, and help shape the future of our wildlife response community.

📌 To apply: Please fill out a volunteer application at wildfloridarescue.org and include in the notes that you intend to volunteer with the Youth Squad Explorers.
