Unfortunately, different dharma accounts have to occasionally share such alerts so as to attempt to prevent anyone from being scammed.
Please note: Khentrul Rinpoche will NEVER message anyone on Facebook and certainly would not write to anyone asking for money. Therefore, you can be TOTALLY sure that if you receive any message claiming to be initiated by Khentrul Rinpoche and asking for money—even claiming it's for donations for dharma projects or to help someone who is sick or any other "virtuous" reason—it is FAKE.
As a general rule, do not send ANYONE your private financial information or any money via requests on social media. Even if it appears to be your friend asking you from their page, you should text them privately—off of Facebook—and confirm it is truly them contacting you.
