Have you checked out our podcast lately?

Each week, we continue the conversation beyond our gatherings by sharing teachings, Bible study recaps, and reflections from what we're learning together in Scripture.

Whether you're catching up on a passage, revisiting a message, or looking for encouragement during your week, the podcast is a great way to stay connected and continue growing in God's Word.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we believe spiritual growth happens throughout the week, not just during a gathering. Through our podcast, home branches, Bible reading groups, and ongoing community, we seek to help people stay rooted in Christ and connected to one another.

If you'd like to learn more, listen to a recent episode, or get connected, visit our website, comment below, or send us a DM.

As we continue our time in Scripture at our Home Branch, we reflect on one of the most beloved blessings in the Bible.

Numbers 6:24-26
“‘The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.’”

These words were given by God as a blessing for His people. They remind us that God is not distant or indifferent toward us. He desires to bless, keep, guide, and give peace to those who follow Him.

In a world that often feels uncertain, this blessing points us back to the faithfulness and presence of God. His grace is not something we earn, but something He freely gives.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we gather around God's Word, encourage one another in faith, and seek to grow together in Christ through community and discipleship. If you'd like to learn more about our gatherings, podcast, or other ways to get connected, visit our website, comment below, or send us a DM.

How have you experienced God's peace in your life recently? And how can you share this blessing with someone this week?

As we reflect on this part of our “Creation to the Cross” series, Jesus compares the kingdom of heaven to something worth giving everything for.

Matthew 13:44
“The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.”

The man recognizes the value of what he has found immediately. Everything else becomes secondary in comparison.

Jesus paints a picture of the kingdom as something greater than anything else we could pursue or possess.

Following Him reshapes priorities, desires, and perspective. What once seemed most important begins to change in light of something greater.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we seek to grow in that perspective together through Scripture, community, and intentional faith throughout the week.

What seeds are you planting in your life right now?

The things we consistently feed tend to grow over time. Conversations, habits, influences, and daily choices all shape the condition of our hearts.

Healthy growth usually happens gradually. A seed takes time before the fruit becomes visible.

That is true spiritually, too.

Spending time in Scripture, praying, gathering in community, and staying connected to God throughout the week all help cultivate healthy roots.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we desire to create spaces where people can grow steadily in their faith through Scripture, community, and everyday discipleship.

Continuing our “Creation to the Cross” series, Jesus explains why some seeds grow deeply while others fade quickly.

Matthew 13:22–23
“The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

Jesus describes how distractions, pressure, and competing priorities can slowly crowd out spiritual growth.

At the same time, He shows what happens when God’s Word is received deeply and allowed to take root. Fruit begins to grow naturally from a transformed life.

This passage invites us to pay attention to what is shaping our hearts and minds day by day.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we encourage one another to stay rooted in Scripture and connected in community throughout the week as we continue growing together.

If you would like to learn more or get connected, visit our website or send us a message.

What distractions might be crowding out growth in your life right now? And how can you share this reminder with someone this week?

As we continue our “Creation to the Cross” series at our Home Branch, Jesus begins teaching with a parable about seeds and soil.

Matthew 13:8
“Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop, a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

The seed is the same, but the condition of the soil changes the outcome.

Jesus points to the condition of the heart. Some things prevent growth, while other hearts are ready to receive and respond to God’s Word deeply.

Growth rarely happens overnight. Healthy soil is cultivated over time through openness, humility, and consistency with God.

At Orchard Home Ministries, we gather around Scripture, prayer, and community to help one another continue growing in faith throughout the week.

The Passover Lamb | Exodus 12:1–32

This full sermon slows down and goes deeper into the story of the first Passover, exploring why it mattered then, what the blood of the lamb symbolized, and how this powerful moment points forward to God’s greater plan of redemption. It is a reminder that God does not rush His saving work, and that freedom always begins with obedience and trust.
