☀️ What a beautiful Sending Sunday!

A huge thank you to all the Faith Webs Families and Sponsors who joined us for Sending Sunday and our Yard Game Day yesterday!

It was incredibly moving to gather at the altar during our combined 9:30am worship service. Having sponsors and families place a hand on our youth to bless them before they head off to summer camp is what this community is all about. 🙏

We also loved celebrating our Dr. Irene M. Thorelli Sugar Creek Scholarship recipients!

The fun didn't stop after the blessing—thank you to everyone who stuck around outside the Birch St. entrance. From intense games of co****le, giant Jenga, and mini ping-pong, to beautiful sidewalk chalk art and bubbles, it was the perfect way to kick off the summer.

Thank you to everyone who makes Faith Webs possible. We are so blessed by this church family! Keep our youth in your prayers as they head off to camp!

Looking for a fun summer outing, unique treasures, homemade treats, and a great lunch all in one place? Mark your calendar for the upcoming Community Rummage Sale on Friday, July 18, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Mattes Center — rain or shine. This cheerful annual event brings together local sellers, shoppers, and families for a day filled with bargains, conversation, and community spirit. Unlike a traditional “junk sale,” vendors rent tables to sell their own quality items and keep all proceeds from their sales. With many returning vendors from the popular Holiday Sale bringing overstock merchandise, shoppers can expect a wide variety of items and something for everyone.

Guests can also enjoy delicious food throughout the day. A pulled pork sandwich lunch will be available for $8 and includes a sandwich, chips, beverage, and dessert. A hot dog or chili dog plate special will also be offered for $5, including chips and a beverage. In addition, the church will have baked goods and handmade crafts available for purchase. The event already has 15 vendor tables booked, with more expected in the coming weeks. Whether you come to shop, browse, enjoy lunch, or simply spend time with neighbors and friends, the Rummage Sale promises to be a happy and welcoming community event for all ages.

The first tier of the challenge aims to attract 30 new donors, or those who haven't contributed in the last two years, to unlock a $3,000 gift. Building on that momentum, the second milestone focuses on securing 20 new or increased recurring gifts, which will successfully unlock an additional $5,000. The Sunday Schoolers had a wonderful final day of Sunday School for the season! They shared skits, sang two songs, and played the game "Are You Smarter Than A Sunday Schooler?" with the congregation. Some of our 5th graders were also the readers and ushers to celebrate their final day of Sunday School!
